At PK Closet, we carefully process and ship all orders within the established timeframe (1-2 days). Once a package has been handed over to and accepted by the shipping carrier, the responsibility for the shipment is transferred directly to the carrier.

Please note:

We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, packages marked as delivered, incorrect addresses, or any issues that occur while the package is in transit.

Any claims, investigations, or delivery updates must be handled directly with the shipping carrier using the provided tracking number.

Tracking information is sent to the customer by email so they can monitor their shipment at all times.

Once the package is in the possession of the shipping carrier, we no longer have control or authority over the delivery process.
